Join us for an optional “pay your own way” Social Time from 4-6pm at Dancing Ganesha.
Why: LIT Faculty strongly encourage ALL program students and alumni to attend, even if you ultimately are not interested in public library work. The networking and interviewing experience alone is worth your time!
HCL substitute employees are offered shifts when and where they may be available, to cover employee illness, vacations, and the like. It's an easy and streamlined way to become an insider in this library system, with a much greater shot at the full-time jobs that regularly come up in these job classifications.
NOTE: If you plan to participate in the interviews, please bring a copy of your Resume and 2 References. Contact LIT Instructor Bill Vann for ideas on how to prepare for your interview: William.Vann@minneapolis.edu
RSVP HERE by March 31st to secure your spot. Please be prepared to specify which programs you will attend, and which HCL substitute position you are interested in being interviewed for.
