Job responsibilities:
This position coordinates the operations of the Library’s
technology services consisting of approximately 100 computers, wireless laptops
and peripheral equipment; provides assistance and instruction on the use of
software and hardware; maintains the resources needed to provide technical
support; stays current with technological advancements; communicates actively
with various departments with shared responsibilities; and directs the work of
student support staff.
