Electronic Resources in Libraries is the focus of the topics class to be offered Fall 2012.
This 1 credit topics course will look at how electronic resources have impacted technical and public services in libraries & information agencies. The course will focus specifically on e-books in public & academic libraries, but other electronic resources and library types will be considered as well, when appropriate.
The course will meet asynchronously online for 8 weeks, though students will be required to attend a live panel presentation (or, if unable to attend, watch a recording of it) during the 2nd or 3rd week of the course.
