Requirements:
- Desire to help others
- Understanding of library practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at one time
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as within a group
Education & Experience:
- Degree in an education related field
Responsibilities:
- Customer assistance and support regarding cataloging, processing of materials, and other specialized services related to a library.
- Assisting customers with a wide range of questions regarding existing orders or assist with new orders.
- Accurately record details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken.
Hours:
- Full-time day hours
- Monday - Friday
