Project Manager, Latin America - Lehi, UT
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing professional services projects for new and existing customers on implementations of SirsiDynix products and services, coordinating the establishment and activities of project teams, and facilitating the drive for revenue through these projects. The Project Manager will primarily work on projects for customers located in Central and South America; however, other projects may be assigned globally.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage the scheduling and implementation of multiple projects across a diverse client base; coordinate delivery of all assigned implementation projects.
* Identify key tasks to be accomplished by both the customer and the company and provide the customer with an implementation plan.
* Interact with all departments within the company to schedule the tasks to be carried out by the company.
* Organize and facilitate the participation of the company's technical/application experts during the implementation process.
* Work with the customer to identify the needs of the customer for system and software configuration, workflow changes, and training.
* Manage complex projects with new products and software releases.
* Serve as a liaison between the customer and other departments within the company until projects are completed.
* Successfully manage and utilize our CRM system (Salesforce.com) and our Project Management system (OpenAir) to track and fulfill projects.
Skills/Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Strong organization and teamwork skills
* Strong knowledge of project management
* Demonstrated ability to multitask
* Ability to effectively communicate across the organization and externally in a professional manner
* Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office suite
* General knowledge of library internal processes
* Ability to travel up to 20% - required
