The Minnesota Department of Revenue is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time Library/Information Resource Services position. This position provides specialized library services for the Minnesota Department of Revenue. Duties include planning for and leading the operation of a comprehensive library for the department, providing access for end-user searching and desktop delivery of information resources, conducting reference searches and research for specialized tax information, cataloging materials, and maintaining a circulation system for a wide variety of tax related periodicals and journals. This part-time position may work up to 80% time. Starting salary is $20.02 - 23.74/hour.
To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or higher that includes training in Library Science, and training and/or experience maintaining and managing library resources and conducting reference searches and training and/or experience using library databases and systems.
