Job: Evening Reference Assistant at Concordia College

Position Title   Evening Reference Assistant
Hours: Part time (FTE .22)

Job Description:
The Evening Reference Assistant is a part-time position that will staff the reference desk during Sunday-Thursday evening shifts, providing research assistance to library users in-person and via electronic communication.
 
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• One year of library experience in an academic or public setting
• Evidence of strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate concentration in library science or graduate coursework in library science.
